Zenial Premium Subscription Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using Zenial, the user agrees to these Terms of Use. If the user does not agree to these terms, Zenial should not be used.

Zenial is provided by 70R0 Apps for personal, non-commercial use unless 70R0 Apps states otherwise in writing.

Zenial offers a paid subscription called Zenial Premium Subscription. The subscription options currently presented for purchase are shown below.

Monthly Plan: $9.99/month. Yearly Plan: $69.99/year ($5.83/month).

Payment is charged to the user’s Apple account at confirmation of purchase. Renewal charges are applied by Apple within the period allowed under the App Store rules unless the subscription is canceled in accordance with Apple’s cancellation settings.

Users can manage or cancel their subscription in their Apple account settings after purchase. Deleting the app does not automatically cancel an active subscription.

If 70R0 Apps offers introductory pricing, promotional access, or a free trial in the future, the details shown at the time of purchase will control that offer. Unless stated otherwise in the purchase flow, paid access continues until the subscription is canceled.

70R0 Apps may improve, remove, or modify Zenial features over time. If subscription pricing changes, the updated price will be presented through the App Store purchase flow before a new charge is applied, subject to the platform’s billing rules.

Zenial may be used only in a lawful manner and only as intended for personal wellness, reflection, and habit-support use. Users may not misuse the app, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, copy or reverse engineer protected parts of the app except where law clearly allows it, or use the service in a way that harms 70R0 Apps or other users.

Users remain responsible for the information they choose to enter into Zenial, including reflections, goals, check-ins, and related wellness content. The user is also responsible for how they interpret and use app suggestions, summaries, or organizational features.

Zenial is intended as a supportive software tool and is not presented as medical, psychiatric, crisis, or emergency care.

70R0 Apps works to keep Zenial available and functional, but does not promise uninterrupted operation or error-free performance at all times. Features may be temporarily unavailable because of maintenance, connectivity issues, device limitations, or third-party platform dependencies.

To the extent allowed by applicable law, Zenial is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, and 70R0 Apps disclaims warranties not expressly stated in these terms. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited under applicable consumer law.

70R0 Apps may suspend or terminate access to Zenial if these terms are violated, if misuse or security issues are detected, or if continued access could create legal or operational risk. Subscription billing and cancellation remain subject to the App Store billing system used for the purchase.

Use of Zenial is also subject to the Zenial Privacy Policy, which explains how information may be processed in connection with the app.

70R0 Apps may update these Terms of Use from time to time to reflect product changes, subscription changes, legal requirements, or operational updates. When the terms change, the revised version may be posted at this page with an updated effective date.
